A great option for first time puppy parents, who are feeling excited, but unsure how to prepare for your new puppy. Our 2hr private session will educate you on the needs of your new born puppy, and how to meet their needs in the first 16 weeks of their life.

During the Initial Consultation, we explore your goals for your dog, aiming to cultivate a happy, well-mannered family companion with the obedience skills you desire. A 1.5-2 hour Initial Consultation is recommended to tailor a program that aligns with your specific needs.

Familiarisation and Exposure Training
Designed for puppies 8-20 weeks old, our method of communication ensures clear communication with your dog so they understand our expectations and when they are heading in the right direction to achieve them. We cover:
Techniques for utilizing your dog's motivators such as food, toys, or affection to encourage desired behaviours.
Guidance on managing your puppy's home environment, including sleeping arrangements, space management within the house, fostering independence, and providing proper nutrition for optimal health and longevity.
Common puppy behaviour issues such as biting, destructive behaviours, and toilet training. We also focus on laying the groundwork for basic obedience training, covering commands like drop, come, sit, name recognition, and introducing the fundamentals of loose leash walking, preparing your puppy for advanced obedience courses.
Familiarisation and Exposure training - exposing your puppy to various environments, people, surfaces, wheels, noises, and vaccinated dogs.
Confidence-building activities and games to enhance engagement between you and your puppy while boosting your puppy's confidence.
To maximise yours and your dog's progress together, you will gain 6 months access where you will receive individual support and guidance in between lessons.
